During the winter months, between Mountain Lion hunts and snowmobile trips, after the horses and cattle have been fed, Ray gathers up the used horseshoes from the previous year, fires up his welder, and indulges his creative side. All of Ray's Horseshoe Creations are made with genuine horseshoes that have been worn by the horses and mules for the previous year's hunts and packtrips. They are welded solidly together and then painted black. If you want one made out of new horseshoes, Ray will oblige you, but we think that the end product is much more original if made with used horseshoes.
