Deposits: 1/3 fee required at time of booking, balance in full due 30 prior to arrival. Registration and liability forms to be completed upon arrival. Montana requires an accommodation tax of 7% on the ranch stay.

Refunds: Since deposits are for specific dates, we regret that refunds cannot be made unless the date can be filled or if the client is unsuccessful in obtaining a license due to no fault of their own.
